Members of the Ujoh Camp of Phase 2 Ex-agitators in Delta State has again cried out to the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtd over maltreated that they suffer in the hands of their leader, Gen James Rume. According the statement signed by the camp Secretary and other members, stated that the Ujoh Camp with 22 Ex-agitators under the phase 2 of the Programme, was founded on January 20th, 2010 being the day they disarmed and surrendered their arms to the Federal Government and admitted into the Programme.  The Ujoh camp was founded by Asifor Oghenekparobor but was laProgramme, ed after he was released from detention and later moved to another camp in phase 1, after which James Rume became the leader of the camp. The Chairman of phase 2 Ex-agitators, Delta State and Member Delta State Waterways and Land Security Committee, Gen Solomon Adu has refuted claims by Gen Dimaro Vwaghie, leader of Delta Base Camp 2, against the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col.
