PAP: Dikio Has All It Takes For a Better Niger Delta - Adu



...Assures More Support From Stakeholders


Chairman of the Delta State Phase 2 of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Gen Adu Solomon has said that the Interim Administrator of the Programme, Col. Milland Dixion Dikio, Rtd, has all it takes for a better Niger Delta, making it a peaceful and business investment friendly region. 

Adu who made this assertion while speaking to newsmen today, said that Col. Milland Dixion Dikio, Rtd, is a leader with wide open hand for a relative peace which has continue to give opportunity for harmony and sustainable development in the oil rich region. 

While tipped for Dikio who has demonstrated modern leadership skills in making the Presidential Amnesty programme, PAP more worthwhile, assures more support from stakeholders to ensure desired aims of the Programme. 

"The Interim Administrator of the PAP, Col. Milland Dixion Dikio, Rtd, has all the capacity as a leader to make the Niger Delta the true picture of how we want it to be, knowing fully well his meaningful impact to the region since his assumption in office. 

"His policies and programmes are much more beneficiary to stakeholders of the Programme and what needed especially in human capital development to meaningfully for quality education through its scholarship scheme, entrepreneurship and vocational programmes for self-reliant and wealth creation.

"I urge all stakeholders to continue to cooperate with him and give him necessary support to make his administration more helpful and advantageous to our people especially the youths of the Niger Delta region", he said.
