PAP: Adu Refutes Claims Against Dikio By Dimaro, Sues For Peace

The Chairman of phase 2 Ex-agitators, Delta State and Member Delta State Waterways and Land Security Committee, Gen Solomon Adu has refuted claims by Gen Dimaro Vwaghie, leader of Delta Base Camp 2, against the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtrd as he sues for peace among leaders of the Programme.

The Ex-warlord made this in a statement to newsmen in Warri, Delta State urging Gen Dimaro Vwaghie to shelf his petition against the proactive IA of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtrd with alleged 24hours ultimatum to make payment of five months outstanding arrear (salary) owed by the office to his boys since October 2021 to February 2022.

Adu asserts that the administration of this current Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtrd has been one of its kind in terms of understanding the plights of the Niger Delta region and its people and working steadfastly to ensure sustainable peace,  harmony and progress in the region and cannot be involved in any way using crude ways to embezzle funds met for the region nor its people.

He unveiled that Gen Dimaro Vwaghie has failed to always make out payments to his boys appropriately after being paid by the office which has caused lots of petitions from his boys to the leadership of Phase 2 and the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, hence that has necessitated temporary pending of the arrear (Salary) that he so acclaimed.

Adu advises Dimaro Vwaghie to withdraw the petition, shun all forms of treats and other unnecessary petitions and rather put his house in-order and expects positive feedback from the office. He also urged him to join hands in collaboration with other leaders of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to ensure that its objective is achieved in the region and not being selfish.

Adu called on President Muhammad Buhari, NSA, Senate President Armed Lawan, Speaker House of Reps, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Defense Staff, Chief of Air Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, DSS Director General and the Inspector General of Police to ignore the said petition against Col. Milland Dixon Dikio and Alfred Kemepado by Dimaro Vwaghie saying it is baseless.
