Kpate Congratulates Boss, Lieutenant Cdm SO Fiyai on his Birthday




Dogged Ex-agitator and Urhobo Youth Leader, Gen Peter Kpate has congratulated his boss, Lieutenant Cdm SO Fiyai, head of Peace Building Amnesty Office, Abuja on his birthday. 

In a message issued the ex-warlord, Peter Kpate described Lieutenant Cdm SO Fiyai of the Nigerian Army to have contributed immensely to the Niger Delta cause through peace building. 

He added that Lieutenant Cdm SO Fiyai role in peace building has helped to stabilize the Niger Delta region, achieve the purpose of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to the Niger Delta region. 

Personally, I specially want to congratulate you on this occasion of your birthday. Your place and role on peace building and helping to achieve the goal of the Presidential Amnesty Programme is sterling and commendable. 

On this occasion of your birthday, I wish you more strength and other purposeful composition to efficiently and effectively discharge your duty and wish you more fulfilling years ahead.

GOV OKOWA NOMINATES ANIAGWU, OBORO, EGWEYENGA, OTHERS AS COMMISSIONERS
