Delta State Chairman of Phase 2 Ex-agitators and Member Delta state Waterways and Land Security Committee, Gen Solomon Adu has congratulated the executive Governor of Delta State, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his 63rd birthday.  In a statement signed by Adu Solomon describes Gov Okowa as a leader with a difference and bold heart for his people.
