The group also commended the PDP national leadership, members of the Party across the country and the committee which presided over the party's vice presidency selection.

According to him, Dr. Okowa having learnt the leadership rope right from the political cradle where he began as a Councillor, then Local Government Area Chairman before proceeding to the state level as Commissioner, Secretary to Delta State Government, from where he proceeded to the National Assembly as the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District and eventually governor of Delta State.

"From all available indices, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is not only eminently qualified by reason of his political antecedents, he possess the right ideology expected of a Vice President to ensure the overall success of his boss, the President," Ojoba said.

He further explained that the Atiku-Okowa ticket is one of the best things thar has happened to Nigeria at a time like this when it is expedient for a capable team to emerge and  rescue the country from the gross misrule and abject poverty that has befallen the citizenry.

While also congratulating the entire members of the PDP in Delta State and across Nigeria for being blessed with such a formidable team as the Atiku-Okowa presidential ticket, the Ahwinanhwi Campaign Organisation urges the party faithful in particular, and Nigerians in general, to be fully prepared to take back their country from the stronghold of those who are currently at the helm of affairs and who are responsible for the raging agony in the country.
