  Executive Assistant on Communications to Delta State Governor, Barr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has announced the gradual take off of his pet project, Christ Eagles Network International, CENI, to assist indigent students, the needy and to foster networking among christians in public and private sectors. The EAC in a statement on Friday said CENI has been duly registered at the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, and that the operational office shall be commissioned soon in Asaba.
