Niger Delta Ex-agitator, Gen Solomon Adu today attended the One Day Economic Summit for Ex-agitators organized by the office of the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP. Gen Solomon Adu commended the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio Rtd for organizing the summit.  The Summit with theme, 'RESTORING THE NIGER DELTA REGION FOR WEALTH CREATION' was held today at KFT, Warri, Delta State and was attended by other Urhobo, Ijaw and Itsekiri Ex-agitators in the Niger Delta region. Gen. Solomon Adu has expressed profound gratitude to Col. Milland Dixon Dikio for approving his medical trip to India for surgery over gunshot wound he sustained during the struggle, and also reacts to the planned systematic verification of Ex-agitators across the Niger Delta.   The dogged Gen Solomon Adu who is the national vice-chairman of coalition of Urhobo/Isoko phase 1, 2 and 3 Ex-agitators, said he has long applied for funding of the surgical trip during the administration of the former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Charles Quarker Dokubo which went futile. The national vice-chairman of coalition of Urhobo/Isoko phase 1, 2 and 3 Ex-agitators  has commended the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio for keeping to promise for a peaceful Niger Delta region.  He made this commendation at Ughelli, Delta State stating that Col. Milland Dixon Dikio since inception of office has brought limelight to purpose of the Amnesty Programme which focuses on bringing peace, stability and development to the region.
