PAP: Gen Adu Solomon Thanks Dikio Over Approved Medical Trip to India, Reacts to Intended Verification of Ex-agitators

Gen. Solomon Adu has expressed profound gratitude to Col. Milland Dixon Dikio for approving his medical trip to India for surgery over gunshot wound he sustained during the struggle, and also reacts to the planned systematic verification of Ex-agitators across the Niger Delta.

The dogged Gen Solomon Adu who is the national vice-chairman of coalition of Urhobo/Isoko phase 1, 2 and 3 Ex-agitators, said he has long applied for funding of the surgical trip during the administration of the former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Charles Quarker Dokubo which went futile.

He commended the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio for approving and funding the long pending application which he regard was suppressed by the then Coordinator of the programme, notes that, that has credits him of acknowledging welfare of the Ex-agitators.

Meanwhile, Gen Solomon Adu also called on Col. Milland Dixon Dikio to relinquish the intended systematic verification of Ex-agitator across the Niger Delta region. He maintained that that has never been part of the purposes and aims for the programme.

He advised him to discontinue such plan and similar which are liable of truncating his good works and goodwill his administration has acquired and repudiate ideas liable of disrupting the sustainable peace being enjoyed in the region.
