Former member of the House of Representatives and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Hon Chief Solomon Ahwinahwi, has felicitated with Hon Chief Mercy Alakis Awhana on her birthday.  In a statement by the former federal lawmaker, Hon Ahwinahwi, described her as a beloved sister who has been supportive to him politically with an uncommon commitment and capacity for women mobilisation. Ahwinahwi noted that Hon Mercy Awhana is a rare breed among the new generation politicians with outstanding humility and a high sense of dedication which makes her representation as Councillor, Ewu ward 2 at the Ughelli South legislature most deserving.
