Oshetigho Congratulates Hon Utuama On His Birthday



The Ughelli South caretaker committee chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon Chief Michael Djegbe Oshetigho, JP, has congratulated the member representing Ughelli South in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama on his birthday today.

In a statement issued by Hon Chief Michael Djegbe Oshetigho to the member representing Ughelli South in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama, said he on behalf of all members of the PDP in Ughelli South, heartily congratulates him as he celebrates another year of his birth today.

Oshetigho describes Hon F. E. Utuama, chairman House Committee on Oil and Gas as an astute, diligent, committed, detribalized lawmaker and party man with integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy and consistency on the good interest and activities of the Peoples Democratic Party and his constituents.
