SOFt Delta Ughelli South Congratulates Utuama on Successful Inauguration as Member DTHA



SOFt Delta of Ughelli South has congratulated Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama on his successful inauguration as member representing Ughelli South Constituency at the 8th Delta State House of Assembly.

In a congratulatory message signed by its coordinator, Comr Ogheneovo Gabriel said that the group has congratulated the member representing Ughelli South Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly believing the fact that he bears the competence and trustworthy of giving effective representation to our constituency.

According to him, over the years Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama who was former commissioner for DESOPADEC who represented Ughelli South, Udu, Uvwie and Urhobos of Warri South has always disposed good leadership skills, honestly, integrity, confidence, resilience and good decision making capacity.

He asserts that Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama as member representing the good people of Ughelli South Constituency, as constituents, we are sure of effective and efficient representation in the state's legislative arm of government.

"Hon Festus Eseoghene Utuama is a man of the people and has the tenacity, capacity, knowledge, experience and technical-know-how to give best legislative representation to our people of Ughelli South in the Delta State House of Assembly.

"With him in the state's hallowed chamber, we are confident that the plight and well-being of our people will be met through laws that will impact our people and having a peaceful, secured, productive and harmonious society.

"On behalf of the leadership and members of the group in Ughelli South Local Government Area, I heartily congratulate you and pray that God will give you more wisdom, knowledge, strength and courage to effectively carry out your legislative duties", he said.
