PDP Ward To Ward Campaign: Ahwinahwi Canvasses Support For Oborevwori, Atiku-Okowa Tickets



Two-time member of the House of Representatives, Hon Solomon Ahwinahwi, has called on Nigerians, especially the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, faithful to resume intensive campaign for the party's victory in the 2023 general elections.

Speaking in an interview at the ongoing ward to ward campaign of the PDP which started Monday in Udu LGA, Hon Ahwinahwi told newsmen that as a loyal party man and grassroots leader of the party, he was fully on ground for the campaign.

He said the campaign is to mobilise Delta Central people to vote massively for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa in the presidential election and Right Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori for Governor as well as other candidates of the party in the 2023 general elections.

Chief Ahwinahwi noted that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, Sir Monday Onyeme and other candidates of the party have all proven their mettle in leadership and as such should be voted for.

On his candidature for Ughelli North/Ughelli South/Udu Federal Constituency for the House of Representatives election, Hon Ahwinahwi stated that the Party, the PDP, was on top of the matter, even as all concerned parties await the verdict of the Appeal Court.

He urged the people to remain calm as there will be light at the end of the tunnel, while calling on those who are yet to collect their permanent voter cards, PVCs, to do so now, to enable them vote in the general elections.
