Ahwinahwi Congratulates Oborevwori On Supreme Court Victory



Two-time member of the House of Representatives, Hon Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Right Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori on his Supreme Court victory, which affirmed him as the gubernatorial candidate of the PDP.

Hon Ahwinahwi who, in his congratulatory message described Right Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as his brother and good friend, said the victory has put to an end all the acrimonies which trailed the gubernatorial primaries and the Party is now set for the election proper.

The former lawmaker while eulogising the virtues of Rt. Hon. Oborevwori referred to him as a pan Deltan who has been able to steer the affairs of the State House of Assembly as the longest serving Speaker.

He added that the harmonious working relationship between the  Executive Arm and the State House of Assembly under the watch of Rt Hon Oborevwori has culminated into the excellent performance of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

The Izomo of Agbarho Kingdom urged all PDP faithful to put their differences behind and work for Rt Hon Oborevwori who has the popularity and goodwill to win the gubernatorial election in 2023.

He called on Deltans to sustain their support for the PDP by voting for all the candidates of the PDP in appreciation for the good works of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

Hon Ahwinahwi congratulated Rt Hon Oborevwori and prayed for his success in the 2023 gubernatorial election.
