PAP: Dikio, Building Lasting Peace in Niger Delta - Adu




The ex-war lord and Delta State chairman of the Phase 2 Ex-agitators has posited that the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col.  Milland Dixon Dikio (rtd) is building lasting peace in the Niger Delta through his visionary and strategic operational policies and programmes. 

He disclosed this to newsmen today in Abuja, stating that Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, rtd administration is centred on people's development with a strategic move to engage the people of the region especially the youths in productive initiatives for human capital development and for a peaceful and developed region. 

To him, the better way to build a better and productive economy is to build its human resources to fit for employment and become self-reliant and thereby becoming wealth creators in various capacity to grow the net worth of a country's economy. 

He commended the Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, rtd as all his policies and programmes are centred and rich for the people of the region in giving quality education, vocational and entrepreneurship skills needed in trend for developing economy like Nigeria. 

Thus, he implored him to keep on track, his record of good works in the region as he is meaningfully building lasting peace and worthwhile development in the region and hence, the country at large.
