PAP: Adu Thumbs Up For Dikio, Says His Administration Reshaped the Programme




Ex-warlord, Gen Adu Solomon has praised the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Col Milland Dixon Dikio (Rtrd) saying that his leadership has reshaped the Programme and moving it towards the rightful and desirable direction and achieving its objectivity. 

He stated this in Abuja today saying that Col Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtrd has positively influenced the Programme being objective and impartial. He added that Dikio has channeled the system and its operations to achieve the goal of making the Niger Delta one of its kind and the Programme worthwhile for its people. 

The Chairman Phase 2 Ex-agitators, Gen Adu Solomon asserted that Dikio is the best thing that has happened to the Programme and on cause taking the Programme to its peak of expectancy whereby actualizing different agenda and activities of the Presidential Amnesty Programme that are suitable for its beneficiaries. 

He wished him more courage, strength and to acquire more effective approaches best to making the Niger Delta region tip-top as expected and the Programme having more positive impact on the people through its academical scholarship programmes and other vocational programmes for a better society.
