Today, delegation of leadership of phase 2 Ex-agitators meets with the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (Retd)  in Warri, Delta State.  The meeting was held to address and iron out misconduct and defamation of character by some members of the Programme which has led to setback to benefits due to members of the Programme. Speaking to newsmen after the meeting, Gen Adu Solomon appreciated the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio, Rtrd first his unwavering commitment in ensuring the success of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. He added that the administration of Col.
