PAP: Coalition of Phase 1, 2, 3 (Urhobo/Isoko) Ex-agitators Congratulates Dikio On His Reappointment As Interim Administrator





The coalition of phase 1, 2, and 3 (Urhobo/Isoko)  Ex-agitators has congratulated Col. Milland Dixon Dikio on his reappointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). 

In the congratulatory message signed by the chairman, Gen. Figbele Joseph describes the reappointment of Col. Milland Dixon Dikio on his reappointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) for one year extension, as best decision taken by Mr President. 

He noted that Col. Milland Dixon Dikio since assumption of office as Sole Administrator after the sack of Charles Quarker Dokubo as the Coordinator of the Amnesty Programme, has performed extremely good whereby bringing hope and peace to the Niger Delta region. 

Figbele avers that with the outstanding performance of Col. Milland Dixon Dikio the aims and objectives of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) would worthwhile be achieved and assures sustainable peace, harmony and tranquility within the echoes of the Niger Delta region. 

While commending Col. Milland Dixon Dikio over his landslide achievement of his first tenure in office as Sole Administrator, implore him to do more on this reappointment as Interim Administrator of the Amnesty Programme.

"Col. Milland Dixon Dikio during his first tenure as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme effectuate purpose of the programme with relative understanding among stakeholders and members of the Amnesty Programme". 

While wishing him success in his commitment, urged him to puts in more efforts in achieving the goals of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). 

The Coalition Chairman Gen Figbele Joseph assured Col. Milland Dixon Dikio of total support by the Urhobo/Isoko Ex- Agitators in piloting the affairs of the Amnesty programm to achived a desired result and on behalf of the Group commended Mr President, Muhammadu Buhari for the reappointment of Col. Milland Dixon Dikio,  as Interim Administrator of the Amnesty Programme.
