Ahwinahwi Felicitates With Sir Richard Odibo On His Birthday, Describes Him An Astute Administrator

Two-time member of the House of Representatives, Hon Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated  the Honourable Federal Commissioner, Representing Delta State at the National Population Commission, Sir Richard Odibo, aka Abadi of Africa on his birthday.

In his congratulatory message, Hon Ahwinahwi described Sir Odibo as a quintessential leader, astute administrator and perfect gentleman.

The former lawmaker said Sir Odibo has over the years proven to be an elder brother and dependable ally that can be trusted any time and any day.

He commended Sir Odibo for carrying his duties diligently as the Honourable Federal Commissioner, Representing Delta State at the National Population Commission.

Chief Ahwinahwi popularly called Don Chizo for his philanthropic gesture, said the manner in which Sir Odibo carried out the recent local government areas and wards demarcation exercise in the state speaks volume of his administrative competence and unbiased and simple nature.

He prayed God to grant him divine health, long life and prosperity in all his endeavours.
