Former federal lawmaker, Honourable Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his 62nd birthday anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Hon thanked God for keeping Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and for His favour upon his life and that of the First Family.
He prayed God to continue to protect him, grant him special grace to finish strong and accomplish all his dreams and aspirations.
Hon Ahwinahwi, a prominent Chief in Urhobo Nation, described Governor Okowa as a prudent administrator, a detribalized Deltan, an accomplished family man whom God has used to transform the State within six years.
The two-time House of Representatives member recalled that Governor Okowa's achievements across the state in road construction is unprecedented, hence he gave him the nickname, "Road Master".
He added that in youth empowerment, Governor Okowa is second to none in the country, as he has through the STEP and YAGEP schemes trained and empowered thousands of Youths who are doing well in their various fields of endeavours.
Hon Ahwinahwi scored Governor Okowa high in both secondary and tertiary education development, citing his recent masterstroke of upgrading three institutions to universities, thereby opening the door of university education to more Deltans.
While wishing him the grace to finish strong, Chief Ahwinahwi urged Deltans to double their support for him as his birthday gift.
