N'DELTA AMNESTY: FORMER LAWMAKER, HON MERE CONGRATULATES KEMEPADO ON HIS APPOINTMENT AS HOR IN THE AMNESTY OFFICE

The former lawmaker who represented Okwagbe in Ughelli South Legislative Arm, Hon Mere Williams has congratulated Comr. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha on his appointment as Head of Reintegration (HOR) in the Amnesty office.
Hon Mere Williams on his congratulatory statement described the appointment of Kemepado who was a former Secretary-General, the Ijaw Youths Council (IYC) Worldwide as well deserved, considering his salient commitment towards success of the struggle and with interest of the Niger Delta people.
Kemepado who was a former Special Adviser to the Governor of Bayelsa State and until recently, the Special Adviser on Special Duties to Dikio, according to Hon Mere Williams is a valiant, plucky and indomitable gentleman who believes in emancipation of his people.
Mere also commended the Presidential Amnesty Program, PAP’s Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (rtd) on the choice of Comr. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha as Head of reintegration (HOR) in the Amnesty office.
"I heartily join all others to congratulate you Comr. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha on your appointment as Head of reintegration (HOR) in the Amnesty office. I believe strongly that you are the right man for the job as your commitment for the best for your people, Niger Deltans is second to non.
"I also specially appreciate Presidential Amnesty Program, PAP’s Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (rtd) on the choice of Comr. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha as Head of reintegration (HOR) in the Amnesty office", he said.
