T wo-time member of the House of Representatives, Honourable Solomon Ahwinahwi, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State on his victory at the Election Petitions Tribunal at Asaba. Hon Ahwinahwi described the verdict of the Tribunal which upheld the election of Right Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as victory for all Deltans. He noted that the judgement has further reaffirmed the belief in the Judiciary as the hope of the common man and hailed the judges for upholding the truth. Hon Ahwinahwi said that Deltans are happy with the verdict as it upheld the mandate they freely gave to Right Hon Sheriff Oborevwori in the March 18, 2023 gubernatorial election. He congratulated Governor Oborevwori and prayed God to continue to be with him at all times.

T he Ughelli South chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Chief Hon Michael Djegbe Oshetigho, JP has congratulated Governor of Delta State, Rt Hon (Elder) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori on his victory at the Election Tribunal in Asaba. The governorship election tribunal upholds the election victory of the Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and dismissed argument and claims of Sen Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressive Congress. Speaking briefly after the verdict, the Ughelli South chairman of the PDP, Hon Chief M. D. Oshetigho, JP congratulates the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on the victory, saying that it was expected as Deltans voted for the M.O.R.E. Agenda.
