Delta State Chairman of Phase 2 Ex-agitators and Member Delta state Waterways and Land Security Committee, Gen Solomon Adu has congratulated the executive Governor of Delta State, Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his 63rd birthday.  In a statement signed by Adu Solomon describes Gov Okowa as a leader with a difference and bold heart for his people. He noted that Delta State is enjoying peace, unity and economic stability as a result of leadership qualities embedded in him.  According to Adu Solomon, Okowa as Governor of Delta State has demonstrated productive leadership qualities and has contributed greatly to the historical development of the state and builded atmosphere for development especially in human capital through his socioeconomic Programmes. He added that he will do better as running mate of HE.
